Architected and shipped a production MERN healthcare commerce platform (React, Node.js, Express, MongoDB, Redis) on AWS (EC2, S3) to give the business a reliable, transaction-safe payment and order backbone — integrated 150+ REST APIs for Razorpay automation and order orchestration, scaling to 50K+ daily transactions at 99.9% uptime.
Engineered a distributed inventory system to eliminate manual, error-prone stock tracking across 5 warehouses and 200K+ SKUs, using MongoDB aggregation pipelines, Redis caching, and query indexing — cut backend latency 30% (2.1s → 1.47s) while achieving sub-second query response.
